Examples of Responsibility?

Answer

Responsibility is having a duty to deal with something. It can also be defined as being accountable or being the one that will be blamed if things do go wrong. Examples of responsiblity include a business owners responsibility to pay taxes on his company income, or to pay his workers the salaries they have earned. In this example, moral responsibilities such as doing the right thing can be company wide or they can be individual. A safe place to work is one example of a moral responsibility that an employer is responsible for. Another example of a moral responsiblity is treating your co-workers and fellow employees with respect. Fair treatment of your customers is another moral responsiblity and this should be the responsibility of both management and labor.
