Explain Broadband?

Answer

The simplest way to explain broadband is to say that it allows the signal in a transmission line to be split between telephone and Internet, which allows users to access both at the same time and at much faster speed than what was possible before with telephone dial-up connections. When broadband became widely available in the early 2000s, it made Internet communications not only much faster but it broadened the services provided by Internet companies. It would never have been possible to download music and movies using the old dial-up connections.
