According to National Geographic, some of the facts about coasts are that the coastlines are a narrow strip of land that borders the sea along an island, the coastline changes every day because of the waves that crash on the coastline, coastlines are reshaped by the action of the waves and the corrosion of salty water, and Canada is the country with the longest coastline at 152,100 miles long.
