Freight Allowed Definition?

Answer

The definition of freight allowed such as F.O.B. freight allowed is that it's an agreement that is worked out between a buyer and a seller. The seller gives the buyer a quoted price for transportation to deliver goods and the buyer pays the quoted amount. The seller then delivers the goods to an agreed upon destination, paying for it indirectly. Because the buyer paid the quoted cost agreed upon with seller, the seller then deducts that amount from the invoice.
