Haiti Shares an Island with This Country?

Answer

The two countries that share the island of Hispanola are Haiti and the Dominican Republic. The island was named by the natives when the French and Spanish came to fight for the land. They came to an agreement and they now split the island. The Dominican Republic side belonged to Spain and the Haiti side belonged to the French. Hispaniola is located between the islands of Puerto Rico and Cuba and is the second largest island in the Caribbean.
