To increase cyanuric acid in a pool, you should first test the CYA level in the pool water. Then fill a bucket or any other thing that you are going to use full of warm water. Raise the CYA reading and Mix up the water and CYA with a stir stick to speed up the dissolving of the acid and finally turn on the filter and run it for at least six hours to circulate the water and then re-test the water.
