High Inr Symptoms?

Answer

INR stands for international normalized ratio and is a test to check the clotting time of the blood. Many times, a patient will need to be placed on a blood thinner such as warfarin, so it is important to monitor the INR with frequent lab tests. While there aren't really any symptoms of a high INR, you should notify your doctor if you have any bleeding that cannot be stopped or red spots on the skin while taking warfarin.
