High School Softball Rules?

As of 2013 there are some new high school softball rules. One rule addresses the color of the mitt. It cannot be completely yellow. The mitt also cannot have yellow markings in certain areas.

To pitch a perfect game there cannot be any hits. Reached on errors are not counted as hits and do not factor against a prefect game. There cannot be any walk of hit-by -pitches.
