Grease is the oil that is the result of cooking. After it has cooled off, grease may be hard to remove from surfaces, especially if there is a build up. Industrial strength grease remover is available in stores. However, some people do not like using those since there are heavy duty chemicals in them. Homemade grease remove consists of baking soda, ammonia, white vinegar, and water. A rag can then be dipped in the solution to scrub at grease spots.
