Hooda Math is a website that contains math games for children and teenagers. It was developed by Michael Edlavitch, a former middle school teacher, who sought ways to increase the engagement of his students with learning math.
The site has more than 50 educational games that cover math topics from kindergarten to high school level. One can search for games by grade level, math subject and type of game. Many of the games indicate which Common Core math standard they support. There are also timed math tests available that automatically generate scoring reports, which can be printed or emailed to a teacher or parent. Hooda Math games are accessible through the Internet and most mobile devices.
