Household Products to Kill Bees?

Bees, like all insects, can be killed with the following household products: a soap or detergent, because it blocks the pores that they breathe through. One method is to make a thick solution of dish detergent (in the ratio of one cup detergent to one gallon of water) and spray it directly onto the bees. Another method is to mix a few tablespoons of detergent with about a quart of soda or sugar water, and put it in a container. The bees will be attracted to the sweet liquid and the detergent in the mixture will kill them.
