An employer can not really decrease it's expereince rating because the has already been accomplished cannot be undone. The only way to go about this would be to gradually decrease the companies expereince over time.

The best way an employer can decrease it's experience rating is to review it's operation in a whole. Next, the employer needs to have a safety plan in place in regards to all operations of the business. Experience rating is based on payroll or sales versus losses and or claims paid.
