How Do I Cook Smoked Cod Fillets?


To prepare smoked cod fillets, you need 350g smoked cod fillet, 350ml semi-skimmed milk, 75g unsalted butter, 1 tablespoon paprika, 2 bunches salad onions, salt and pepper. Arrange cod skin side up, pour over milk and poach until cooked. Melt butter, add paprika, salad onions and fry. Add smoked cod cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
