In order to get rid of the smell of dog urine, first blot the urine up. Then mix up three parts water to one part vinegar and soak the mark. Next, blot it all up again. After it's dried out spray the area with baking soda. Next blend ¾ cup of 3% hydrogen peroxide up with one table spoon dish detergent and drizzle over the baking soda and then vacuum.
