You can reset your garage door keypad by looking in the manual to know what buttons or key combination to use. The most popular combination that is used is achieved by pressing and holding the 'send' button and the '#' sign for five seconds. On the garage door, and press the 'enter' button. Key in a new password combination and press enter. Locate your garage door motor on the top side of the garage, then find the small button that should seen underneath or on the side of the wires. Press the small button go back to the keypad on the garage door, type in the new password and press the 'enter' button.
