To revive a gel pen, especially a white gel pen that decided to not work so well anymore, you can first cut a white eraser with a craft knife so it fits in the back of the pen as a plug. Place the plug inside the hole and push it inside a little bit at a time with a small screwdriver. If it is pushed in too far the ink will come out too quickly.
