How do I Stay Calm?

Answer

NaKi44
There are several instances when you are required to stay calm. When you are in an argument, an accident and or under a lot of pressure you should be calm. To stay calm, you could take a deep breath in and out then take yourself away from the situation. You could also decide to eat healthy, keep positive things and people around you and meditate. Other people prefer to go to the gym, ride bicycles or even read spiritual texts.
