To bake Cod fish, mix herbs and garlic with oil and stir in bread crumbs then spread the mixture over your fish and bake in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Your fish will be ready when the flesh turns opaque and can flake easily. You can then add some salt and pepper to make it more tasty.
To bake cod you will require 2 x 180g/6oz pieces of cod loin, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 clove of finely crushed garlic and 2 tbsp fresh white breadcrumbs. You can then prepare the meal by mixing the garlic and oil then stirring in the breadcrumbs before you spread this mix over the fish. Put the fish on a baking tray then bake it the oven for 10-15 minutes until its ready to be eaten.
