In order to freeze fresh salmon you will first need to wet the salmon and then wrap it in plastic wrap tightly. Now wrap it again with tin foil and place in freezer bag. Get as much of the air out of the bag as you can before placing it in the freezer. You can also wrap the fish in paper towels then wet the wrapped fish with cold water. Now wrap the fish in 2 layers of newspaper and wet the newspaper. Now you need to wrap the newspaper wrapped fish with heavy duty aluminum foil and place in frrezer.
