How Do You Make Jamaican Oxtails?

Answer

To make Jamaican oxtails, you'll need to use about two pounds of oxtails. This requires frying oxtails in a large pan with oil to brown. Once browned, remove oxtails from pan and add vegetables such as onions, carrots and bell peppers. Saute until tender, add the oxtails back in to skillet with some browning seasoning and a little broth to cover. Braise until tender. Season with salt and pepper as necessary.
