To make milk Jelly, dissolve 1 jelly and flavour as desired in slightly boiled water. Make up to 280ml with cold water; allow cooling, and then whisk a 170g of evaporated milk until it becomes thick. Add the jelly, and continue whisking .Transfer the content into a 1 litre mould dish. Chill to set.
