Electricity has been heavily used in the rail industry with one example being its use in running high speed trains.

For air travel, the air controls and the lighting of run ways are affected by electricity, and without electricity, the planes cannot fly. For trains, most of the modern ones use electricity as fuel and also the controls are done by use of electricity while for the travelling by vehicles; traffic lights are controlled by use of electricity, which can paralyse the traffic.
