Chop the red cabbage with a sharp knife. Put it in a food processor and grind it. Add a small amount of water, and grind the cabbage for a short time more. Pour the blue liquid into a clean glass. Soak some clean blotter paper in the blue liquid. It is very important that the blotter paper is clean and free of an other substances. Let the paper dry out. Cut the resulting blue paper into squares of strips.
