How Long Do Stores Keep Surveillance Tapes?

By law, stores must keep surveillance tapes as defined in the Internal Act, or other similar act. After the creation of the video footage, the stores must keep the tapes for as long as a maximum of one year. At the end of one year, the data must be erased.
