Spinal Headaches, better known as lumbar puncture headaches, are a phenomena that occurs after a patient has had a lumbar puncture procedure. Typically, a spinal headache can last between 3-5 days. However, this can be shortened or extended by a number of factors. It is important that if your spinal headache continues past the length of a few days, or exceeds a level of pain you can take care of on your own, you should seek medical attention as soon as possible to rule out any additional issues.
