Cooked pasta can last in the fridge for about two to five days. If it is left in there longer it can start to get soft and spoil.

About 1 to 2 weeks. No i don't agree with that first answer at all. I say Less than ONE DAY. with out anything on it the pasta will stick together. It will get chewy pretty fast.
