How Long Does It Take a Dog to Go into Labor after She Loses Her Mucus Plug?

Answer

From having bread dogs I know that depending on the dog a dog goes into labor about 24 to 72 hours after she loses her mucus plug. This is just an estimate and if you suspect a problem call a vet. Normally the dogs temperature will drop to around 35 degrees Celsius right before the birth.
