When deep frying a turkey under 12 Ibs it can take up to 1 1/2-2 minutes per pound at 350 degrees. If it is a turkey 12 Ibs. and over then you let it fry for 3 minutes per pound at 350 degrees. In the case that you have a bone in turkey you would fry that for 7-8 minutes at 350 degrees.
