He died on April 23, 1616, in the same place where he was baptised. The playwright, actor, and author was married one time to Anne Hathaway which lasted from 1582 until 1616 when he died. Together, they had 3 children. They were named Susanna Hall, Hamnet, and Judith Quincy.
