This estimate was produced at the Office for National Statistics (ONS) by the Registrar General’s office and it represents 11.2% of the total population estimate for Wales. The latest count done in July 2010, of NHS patients with a Cardiff residential address is 363,900. This figure happens to be 27,700 higher than the official MYE for the previous year.
