How Many Pounds of Pressure Does It Take to Rip an Ear off?


It has been noted that seven pounds of pressure is all that is needed to rip off an ear. Now, this pressure has to be applied in just the right manner. If a persons ear is ripped off it can be reconnected if the injury is addressed soon enough. Surgery will be required to reconnect the nerve endings and the tissue. Stitches will be required as will follow up care. However, there is no guarantee that the ear can be successfully reattached.
