How Much Does Endometrial Ablation Cost?

The cost of an endometrial ablation depends on where the procedure is done and how it is done. A Novasure procedure can cost about $5,000 if it is done in the doctors office as an outpatient procedure. The procedure takes about five minutes to perform.

The cost of endometrial ablation varies based on the doctor performing the surgery, the hospital it is performed in, and how easily the operation is performed. Endometrial ablation is a surgical option but sometimes a hysterectomy may be considered.
