Conveyancing is the legal process involved when people sell or buy property and a licensed conveyance is the person whom is qualified to see the transactions to completion and sort out any problems. You will need to complete a CLC(council of licensed conveyancers) training course in order to become a qualified conveyancer. Trainees can work in a solicitors’ or conveyancing firm to gain the practical experience and the minimum requirements are four GCSEs, legal executive qualifications or a law degree are encouraged.
