If you're trying to calculate height in inches, you simply calculate the height in feet and then multiply that number by 12. For instance, when calculating 5 feet into inches, it would be 5 x 12, which equals 60, or 60 inches. If there are additional inches, such as in the case of 5'4', where 4 is the remaining inches, you just add those 4 inches to the already calculated 60 inches to make a total of 64 inches.
