How to Change a Yale Lock?

Answer

To change a Yale lock, start by unscrewing the screws that hold the barrel to the plate, slide it out, and then attach the new one. Then, remove the screws from the new one, insert them in the appropriate holes, and then refit the back of the lock to the door by putting in the shank in the right slot. Lastly, turn it back until it is lined up and attach it to the door.
