How to Change Weed Eater String?

Answer

First, remove the spool. Make sure to use the appropriate size line for your weed eater. Find the hole in the center of the spool, and thread about 1/2 inch of line through it. Wind the line in a clockwise direction (or if your spool has arrows, follow the direction of the arrows). Be careful not to overlap the line until you have completed one layer. Then begin winding the next layer and so on until you get to 1/4 inch from the top of the spool. Replace your spool on the weed eater and you are ready to whack some weeds!
