To clean a Bunn coffee maker, all you will need is the deliming spring probe that comes with the coffee maker. This tool is used to help remove lime deposits from the spray head that can cause blockages and slow down the brewing time. To use it, unplug your coffee maker and unscrew the spray head located on the underside of the portion of the coffee maker where the coffee pours out of. Take the probe and slide it inside the spray head opening until only two inches remain. Insert and remove the probe five or six times to help loosen any lime deposits. Reattach the spray head and fill the reservoir with clean cold water. Allow the coffee maker to run two cycles, as they will clean out any lingering residue.
