First you will need to rinse the fish off and slice it into 4-oz. fillets. Put the fillets and the marinade into a bowl and turn the fish to completely cover them on all sides with the marinade. Next you will need to oil the grill by brushing oil on with a grill brush or with paper towels and heat the grill to medium-high. Remove the fish from the marinade and place the fillets directly on the grill and cook for 8 minutes. Use a spatula to carefully flip the fillets to cook for a final 8 minutes or until the fish is opaque and flakes with a fork.
