How to Deal with Workplace Favoritism?

Answer

Dealing with workplace favoritism can be a tricky situation. Sometimes the relationship with the boss is good enough that just talking about it can bring upon a solution. In other cases, a good way to deal with it is by sharing the lime-light with fellow peers, and spread the success around. This way at least everyone feels they are getting some credit, rather than feeling forgotten.
