How to Filter Food Coloring from Water?

Take a cheese clothe and put it over a jar. Run the water through the cheese cloth. You have to keep doing this until all of the water is clear of the food coloring.

You really can't filter the color out without a chemists lab. You can try dredging chunks of bread through the water to absorb some of it, or even soak a potatoe in it, but it won't get rid of all of it.
