A clutch slave cylinder is a cylinder that receives pressure from the master cylinder once pressure is applied to the pedal. To install it, raise the vehicle on jack stands and remove the hydraulic line. Use a wrench to remove the two bolts in order to be able to remove the slave cylinder. Bolt up the new cylinder by pushing the clutch release arm forward and screwing the two bolts. Tighten the hydraulic line into the slave cylinder and fill the master cylinder with break fluid. Open the slave cylinder's breeder valve and turn it a little to allow air and fluid out and watch for air bubbles. Open the breeder valve and have the pedal pushed to the floor. Close the valve.
