You can your business cards online or using Microsoft Word. When using Microsoft Word you need to open the File menu on your word document and choose New. Next open the Tools menu and choose Envelopes and Labels then click Options to confirm that every Standard is selected in the Product type menu. Choose 3612 - Business Card in the Product number menu, and click OK. Click New Document. A label template appears with the correct margins for a business card. Select Picture from the Insert menu and browse the files for a picture or the logo to put on the card and adjust the graphic to the size you want. Next choose a font for the text and type the name and business address. Type the e-mail address, fax number and phone number then copy and paste the design into each space on the page. Use the Print Preview command to see how the cards will look. Save the design when satisfied with it. Make sure the blank business cards are in the printer. Press Print on the toolbar when you're ready to print.
