How to Make a Rosette with Ribbon?

Answer

To make a Rosette out of a ribbon, pull a small piece of the wire trough a ribbon and fold it to anchor it in place. Hold the other end of the wire; push the ribbon to the end of the wire that is folded causing it to gather then glue the ribbon to the felt in a spiral pattern until the circle is filled. Finally, cut a two-inch piece from the remaining ribbon, fold a small bit of it on each end and fix it to the center of the rosette.
