Farting are gases in your intestinal tract. Most of the air/gasses that get into your intestines is caused by eating or drinking incorrectly and swallowing air. Try to eat and as you do swallow air. Then push down like you have to go to the bathroom approximately 2 hours after eating. You can also eat foods that cause gas such as beans. Go ahead and release that gas.
