Managing an office means utilizing the available assets to get the job done. The assets are of people, equipment and knowledge. The equipment is easy. Make sure there are enough supplies and everybody has the right tools to do what is needed. Cut costs where you can, but not if the cutting end up costing more at the end of the day.
