How to Subtract Integers?

Answer

To subtract positive integers you simply subtract them and the answer is positive. If the first number is smaller than the second you will still subtract them but the answer will be negative. If both numbers are negative then the answer will take the sign of the larger number. If the numbers have different signs then you will add them and the answer will take the sign of the larger number.
