How you use a two sided omelet pan is to spray both sides with a thin coat of non-stick cooking spray. Pour prepared egg mixture into both sides of the pan. Place the filling you would like to put in your omelet on one side. Close the omelet pan. Cook for about 5 minutes. Slide the omelet out of the pan onto a plate, garnish, and serve.
