Wrapping a shoulder is easy. First place the arm of the injured shoulder next to the body at a 90 degree angle. Wrap the ace bandage across the chest, around the back holding the shoulder in place, make sure you have the ace bandage to go underneath the unaffected shoulder. Continue wrapping until shoulder is supported. Place the arm of the effected shoulder into a sling. You can also put an ice pack inside of the ace wrap for added comfort.
