How to Write a Plan of Correction?

Answer

A plan of correction is easily written when it is agreed upon by all parties. You need to have a step by step outline of how to fix a situation (this can sometimes be behavioral) and then the consequences listed if not adheared to. Be sure that you have everyone in the agreement sign, so everyone is on board together.
