In your opinion, what organization offers a model customer experience?

This week I was lucky enough to experience the new T2 terminal at the San Francisco International Airport. This terminal opened a few weeks ago and it has, in my opinion, set the standard of what an airport customer experience should be. The terminal is light & airy, and makes you feel calm amidst the hustle & bustle that is air travel. There's plenty of healthy food options, and the restrooms are spacious and clean.

Apple Computer (because customers 'run' the store with apps on their phones and in the store) and because Apple puts people and service with every product.

Build-a-Bear Workshop (teddy bear retailer) because the store is the factory and the customers do the work.

Hard Rock Cafe for its superior employee experience--which yields a great customer experience.

On a local (Atlanta, GA) level, I like:

Big Peach Running Company because they fit your foot before suggesting a brand.
East Cobb Prep because the mom/owners know what moms want in a pre-school--and deliver!
